Hi! I’m Holly. I have a passion for good food from all cultures and I love to experiment with flavors, especially herbs and spices. I run the house end of the business, overseeing the production process and menu development. If you see me in the café, please say hello and tell me about yourself, and what your favorite movie is.
In my spare time, I am a potter and artist who enjoys antiquing, nature, reading, and movies. You might see some of my artwork hanging on the wall of the Café. You can also find my handmade, wheel-thrown pottery for sale exclusively at The Gooleyguk Café!
Hi, I’m Alexis. I enjoy broadening my cultural horizons, from philosophy to food trucks. I love seeing what I can creatively pull together with a limited palette, anything from weddings to tonight’s dinner. I run the back end of the business, all the little bits and pieces that many people may find unsexy, but it gives me the freedom to be with my little boy!
